Without warning the slope in their backyard gave way, from what appeared to be improper grading and drainage. When we got to the project the backyard was literally covered with the hillside.
First step was to secure the hillside, install storm drains to catch the run off from the slope, which was missing from the original grading. Once the new storm drains were in place, we began to reconfigure the slope. Heavy equipment was needed to move the slope back into place. Then the install of the proper irrigation and drip system. Then we identified and planted proper ground cover that would help with deep roots, to further secure the slope.
Backyard Makeover
Once the slope was secured with new plants, shrubs, trees and the mulch, we turned our focus to the sod installation in Simpsonville. From beginning to end the project took our team 4 days. The customer was very happy leaving us an 11 Star Review.
